Construction in high-rise buildings, how does that work?

Two scenarios
In the construction of our fiber optic network, we distinguish between Homeowners' Associations (VvE's) with 12 or fewer addresses and VvE's with 13 or more addresses. It is important that all residents cooperate so that we can connect the home of the resident(s) who want to use fiber as well.
12 or fewer addresses:
We will lay the fiber optic cable up to the facade or property boundary of the building. Once one of the residents subscribes to services via the fiber optic network, all homes in the building will receive it. free connection.
13 or more addresses:
All homes in the building will receive a freeA connection to the fiber optic network. Regardless of whether a subscription is taken out for services such as internet and television.
In conversation with the landlord or Owners' Association
After announcing that we will be installing a fiber optic network in the neighborhood, we approach the landlord (housing association) or the Homeowners' Association (HOA). We explain the process to the board member(s) and answer any questions.
Contact information
We will forward the contact details of the driver(s) to our contractor. This is the party responsible for installing the fiber optic network for us and making the connections in the homes.
Meeting with the contractor
The contractor will contact the driver(s) and make an appointment. During this appointment, we will discuss and assess how we can best connect the building and the houses.
Installation document
Following the appointment, a report will be compiled and sent to the board member(s) along with the installation document by mail or email. We kindly ask to return the signed documents. After that, further arrangements will be made with individual residents for the connection of the houses.
Contact information of residents
To plan well, we are already collecting the contact details of the residents who are connected to the Housing Association or VvE. It is important that every resident cooperates with the installation. In most cases, we run the fiber optic cable from bottom to top. The installation of the fiber optic connection point is free for everyone. Regardless of whether the connection to the fiber optic network is used or not.
