Oegstgeest is being connected to the fiber optic network of ODF.
Good news! In Oegstgeest, 9,000 addresses are being connected to the fiber optic network of Open Dutch Fiber. This will provide more households with access to super-fast internet through a fiber optic connection with upload and download speeds of up to 1 Gigabit per second. It is expected that the first addresses will be able to use internet via fiber optic from September onwards. The work started in June 2023.
Open Dutch Fiber is working on rolling out fiber optic to over 2 million addresses by 2025. This way, more and more households will have access to super-fast internet via a fiber optic connection with upload and download speeds of up to 1 Gigabit per second.
