Open Dutch Fiber expands fiber optic footprint with acquisition of E-Fiber
Open Dutch Fiber (ODF) is pleased with the successful completion of the acquisition of E-Fiber. E-Fiber will be part of the ODF Group and will continue the rollout of its current projects. "This is a logical step in realizing our growth ambitions. This significantly expands our network and customers of ODF and E Fiber can benefit from this and offer services to their end customers via both ODF and E-fiber networks," says Floris van den Broek Co-CEO of ODF.

Open Dutch Fiber, a joint venture of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co (KKR) and DTCP, established in April 2021, builds and operates open fiber optic networks and has so far announced the construction of over 400,000 high-quality fiber optic connections to Dutch households.
