About the organization

Open Dutch Fiber is a leading player in the digital infrastructure and builds and manages an open fiber optic network where multiple providers can offer their services. Together with municipalities, housing associations, VvE's, residents, and reliable contractors, they ensure the best connections. What started in 2021 with a small team of 16 colleagues has now grown into a dynamic organization with more than 160 employees. The marketing team is ambitious and fully focused on development towards strong growth in 2025 and 2026. You are part of a diverse and energetic team with specialists in digital, communication, campaigns, and website.

Your challenge

You get the opportunity to transform our website from an informative platform into a result-oriented online channel. You develop a customer journey that is smooth, attractive, and impactful - from the first visit to conversion. You work closely with Marketing, IT colleagues, and external partners. You are responsible from strategy to execution and you monitor the course towards our ambitious goals.

What are you going to do?

• Develop the website into a conversion-focused environment, with a focus on generating leads and sales.

• Implement SEO, UX, and CRO improvements for better visibility, user-friendliness, and higher conversion rates.

• Analyzing data and visitor behavior and translating it into targeted optimizations.

• Connecting new providers and affiliates and seamlessly integrating their offerings into the platform.

• Connect the website to our Marketing Automation and CRM systems for effective, data-driven campaigns.

• Using new tools and techniques to continuously improve the customer journey and enhance interaction.

What are you bringing?

· A completed HBO (university of applied sciences) education.

· Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Website Manager.

· Knowledge of CMS systems, SEO, CRO, and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Tag Manager).

· Experience in developing sales-driven websites is an advantage.

· Strong project management skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
