Back office employee High-rise buildings
You are a spider in the web and ensure the timely implementation of follow-up actions to internal and external stakeholders.
(Full-time - 40 hours)
What are you going to do?
As a back office employee, you will be involved in the planning process of our high-rise activities. You manage various data streams; you enter planning data, perform checks for accuracy, and make adjustments where necessary. In addition, you are responsible for collecting information for various schedules. You monitor progress and regularly communicate with ODF's installation partners.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
You manage various data streams;
I check data and inspection documents for accuracy;
You have an overview and follow the planned but not reported high-rise activities;
You manage the forecast and perform checks on the schedule;
You check and manage the agreed high-rise capacity.
You have daily alignment on this with the stakeholders of ODF (contractors, Housing Cooperatives).
Who will you be working with?

As a back office employee, you will be working within the Construction department. You will frequently communicate with your colleagues, coordinate with project managers, and support them in achieving our targets.

Job requirements
MBO/HBO level of education and thinking;
Experience with administrative tasks is an advantage;
Experience with Excel is an advantage;
Experience in urban planning is a must;
You can work well independently;
You are accurate and take initiative.
