Relationship manager housing associations

We are Open Dutch Fiber. We build and manage fiber optic networks throughout the Netherlands. We collaborate with municipalities, utility companies, housing associations, homeowners' associations, and contractors. Service providers offer their services on our fiber optic network.  With this, we provide households and businesses access to fast and stable internet through our network. Within our team of 7 relationship managers, we are looking for a colleague who will focus on housing associations.

What are you going to do?

As a Relationship Manager for housing associations, you are the link between the housing associations, our partner managers, and the HAS Backoffice. In project meetings, you frequently encounter our contractors. Your daily tasks include establishing and maintaining contact with housing associations, informing them about the importance of fiber optic, and making work agreements. You also discuss progress, schedules, and potential challenges. You ensure that the housing associations approve the technical documents sent to them in a timely manner.

In addition, you will be involved in handling complaints and incidents. You act as the director of the process, ensuring that parties come to an agreement. This way, the construction progress is not delayed. You have enough persuasive skills to get all local stakeholders on board for your projects. You report on the progress of your projects and the achieved results to the team leader of relationship management.
