Service Coordinator

Experienced Service Coordinator who connects, takes initiative, and switches quickly.

(Part-time - 32 - 40 hours)

What are you going to do?

As Service Coordinator You are the first point of contact for residents, housing cooperatives, and homeowners' associations. You answer questions about activities, schedules, and any damage reports related to the installation of fiber optic cables. In addition, you monitor the processing time of orders from internet providers and manage outstanding tickets within the set service levels. Your excellent communication skills enable you to assist customers effectively in one go. Personalized service, customer friendliness, and empathy are central to this role.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • You enjoy tackling (complex) issues and do so effortlessly through various channels.

  • You are a spider in the web and ensure the timely implementation of follow-up actions to internal and external stakeholders.

  • You inform and enthuse residents about fiber optic.

  • You like to think and work on internal improvement actions and process enhancements.

  • You enjoy juggling multiple tasks and easily make connections between different work processes.

Who will you be working with?

We are an ambitious, energetic, and results-oriented team, working together, challenging the market, and valuing a pleasant work atmosphere! You will collaborate closely with your colleagues from communication, construction, stakeholder management, and high-rise. Additionally, you will be in contact with contractors, housing cooperatives, and homeowners' associations for coordination and resolution of issues.

We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator. who, together with us, is going to fulfill the promise of providing the Netherlands with the fastest fiber-optic internet. You are positive and curious, customer-friendly, and able to collaborate effectively with other departments, partners, and stakeholders.

Thanks to your personality and social skills, you ensure good cooperation with colleagues and external partners. Finally, you have no trouble working in a constantly changing environment and you get energy from solving residents' issues.

Job requirements

  • MBO + working and thinking level

  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

  • Patient and customer-oriented

  • Knowledge and experience in the telecom industry is an advantage.
