Who are we?

Open Dutch Fiber (ODF) is a leading Dutch fiber-optic company that builds and operates an open-access fiber network in urban and densely populated areas across the Netherlands. Through our network, multiple independent service providers deliver their services to approximately 1.5 million households and businesses, including our main tenant, Odido.

ODF is currently in a rapid network rollout phase. We do this in close collaboration with municipalities, housing corporations, homeowners’ associations (VvE’s), residents, and experienced contractors. Founded in 2021, ODF has an entrepreneurial scale-up culture where speed, ownership, and results are key.

Job Description

As an Allround Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you are a versatile, hands-on marketer who seamlessly connects marketing, communication, and sales support. You take ownership of local commercial activations and ensure that campaigns, communications, and sales initiatives are set up and executed effectively.

You are a true self-starter: you spot opportunities, take initiative, and make things happen. From your role, you support and strengthen ODF’s commercial objectives, with a strong focus on network rollout, activation, and local-level conversion.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing and communication activities that support sales.

  • Work closely with sales, operations, marketing, and external partners such as service providers and contractors.

  • Develop and implement local campaigns and commercial activations related to fiber rollout.

  • Support sales with clear communication, tools, and customer-focused propositions.

  • Monitor planning, progress, and quality of marketing and sales projects.

  • Track and optimize (online and offline) traffic and conversion to maximize impact.

Your role is broad and dynamic, ranging from operational execution to contributing to commercial and communication strategies.

  • Proven experience in communication and sales support/activation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Affinity with local marketing, campaigns, and conversion-driven activities (a plus).

You can easily switch between strategy and execution and feel comfortable in an environment where not everything is predefined.
