How to claim your Samsung tablet
You will not receive the tablet automatically. Follow these steps:
Sign up for a 2-year subscription with Odido between 2 and 22 March 2026.
Claim your tablet no later than 12 April 2026 via Odido.
Once your subscription is active and the cooling-off period has passed, Odido will confirm within 4 weeks by email whether your request has been approved. After that, the tablet will be shipped.

Your provider will contact you to activate the services. If you have any questions about your services or the appointment to activate services via fiber optic, please contact your provider.
No, if you have subscribed to fiber optic services, it is not necessary to give permission. Open Dutch Fiber will then receive a signal from the provider to install a fiber optic connection point in your home. Subsequently, the technician will come by appointment to install the fiber optic connection point.

In TV, you have 2 types of cabling: UTP cable (internet signal) or coaxial cable. If you currently have a subscription with Ziggo, your TV is connected via coaxial cable. With KPN or another interactive TV provider, it is connected via a UTP cable. The TV can also be connected via the electrical network, using so-called powerline adapters. But that is actually the same as using a UTP cable. Are you still following? Don't give up now because the hardest part is over.
If your TV is connected via coaxial cable (Ziggo), you have 2 options: choose 1, interactive TV where you can record and watch back, or 2, linear TV. Then you watch what is on TV at that moment. Just like in the old days, so to speak.
If you choose option 2, then TriNed is the only choice. You can then use the existing coaxial cable. If you choose option 1, you can go to any provider. In that case, an Ethernet cable must always be laid. Alternatively, you can opt for the option with powerline adapters or without a cable via Wifi.
If you are a customer of KPN or another interactive TV provider, the right cables are already in place. You can use either UTP cables, powerline adapters, or WiFi. There are more and more 'smart' TVs that work well with the TV app from providers in combination with WiFi. If it works reasonably well now, it will only work better via fiber optic cable.
