As Sales Manager, you are responsible for leading a local sales team and achieving commercial objectives.
Who are we?
Open Dutch Fiber (ODF) is a leading Dutch fiber-optic company that builds and operates an open-access fiber network in urban and densely populated areas across the Netherlands. Through our network, multiple independent providers deliver their services to approximately 1.5 million households and businesses, including our main tenant Odido (formerly T-Mobile).
ODF is currently in an active network rollout phase. We do this in close collaboration with municipalities, housing corporations, homeowners’ associations (VvE’s), residents, and experienced contractors. Founded in 2021, ODF has an entrepreneurial scale-up culture where speed, ownership, and results are central.
Job Description
As Sales Manager, you are responsible for leading a local sales team and achieving commercial objectives. You act as a key connector between various internal departments and external partners. You ensure your team performs at its best and drive results, with a strong focus on increasing Homes Activated (HA).
In this role, you will:
Lead a local team and motivate them to achieve targets.
Work cross-functionally with colleagues from operations, marketing, and finance to capitalize on commercial opportunities.
Maintain close relationships with providers and contractors, ensuring smooth collaboration and resolving bottlenecks.
Analyze market developments and translate insights into concrete actions and strategies.
Report on results and make adjustments where necessary to accelerate the growth of our network.
