They play an important role in managing our network and ensure that each customer is seamlessly connected to our fiber optic network. The order coordinators work closely with providers, installers, and end users to prevent and quickly resolve any disruptions in the process. At the same time, Quality Assurance plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality and safety during the construction and delivery of projects.

Order manager

(Full-time - 40 hours)

Job description

As an order manager, you are an important link within the company.  Together with your connection partners, you are responsible for the correct, timely, and complete handling of customer connections. You bring a great deal of enthusiasm, are accurate, decisive, service-oriented, quick to act, and aware that behind every order there is a waiting customer.

 

These are your tasks:

· You ensure that customers are scheduled and connected within set deadlines. You also make sure that malfunctions at customer addresses are resolved promptly.

· You  builds relationships and maintains intensive contact with our connecting partners to ensure that everything runs smoothly and nothing falls off the wagon or remains open for too long

· You liaise with our project managers and providers to discuss any issues you encounter during your work in order to resolve them.

 

Requirements

You are a solution-oriented person who puts the customer first.

· You have at least a vocational level 4 in terms of work and thinking.

· Being eager to learn, taking initiative, and having a healthy dose of independence.

· Has good communication and social skills, both in English and in Dutch.

· Be punctual and not shy away from a little pressure.

· A good knowledge of Microsoft applications (such as Excel)

· You are proactive, quickly notice trend shifts, and know how to act on them.

Service Coordinator

(Full-time - 40 hours)

What will you do?

As Service Coordinator you are the first point of contact for residents, housing cooperatives, and VvE's. You answer questions about activities, schedules, and any damage reports related to the installation of fiber optic cables. In addition, you monitor the lead time of orders from internet providers and manage outstanding tickets within the set service levels. Your excellent communication skills enable you to assist customers effectively. Personal service, customer friendliness, and empathy are central to this role.

Manager Quality Assurance

(Full-time - 40 hours)

What are you going to do?

The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager plays a crucial role within the organization by auditing completed works, assessing and evaluating ongoing work, and initiatives to improve the quality during both the construction and delivery phases. The QA Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a quality program with clear quality standards and procedures. The role requires in-depth knowledge of FttH construction processes including the Specifications and Program of Requirements, regulations, legislation, and quality management systems. The QA Manager works closely with the passive Infrastructure architect, project managers, internal and external auditors, and contractors to ensure compliance with the quality program. Additionally, you will act as Deputy Director of Operations.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

Development and Implementation of Quality Program:

  1. Designing and implementing quality management systems.

  2. Developing and updating quality policy, procedures, and work instructions.

Continue testing on the specifications and Requirements Document.

  1. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Quality control and assurance:

· You report on the availability of the ODF Network and make improvement proposals where necessary;

· You maintain operational contacts with the operators and ensure that they can serve their customers well in all areas;

· You coordinate closely internally with the Asset Management department.
