No, all information regarding subscription requests goes to the chosen provider, who will process it further. The request for a fiber optic connection will be sent to the contractor. The contractor will contact on behalf of ODF.
Yes, the connection to the fiber optic network of Open Dutch Fiber is free. Except for some addresses where a connection fee is required. These are often addresses located outside the village or city center and/or have longer distances from the street to the house. You can see the situation at your address via the postcode check on the website.

The fiber optic network of Open Dutch Fiber is open. This means that you can choose which provider you want to subscribe to. Provided that they offer their services over our fiber optic network. In May 2022, ODF acquired the network and customers of E-Fiber. In recent years, customers of ODF and E-Fiber have been able to access services through both ODF and E-Fiber networks. The final step in this acquisition is the name change from E-Fiber to ODF.
