Our mechanic will discuss the best way to bring the cables into the building with the manager. It is important that every resident cooperates, so we can give everyone access to the network. Fiber is already at your doorstep. You only need to choose a provider. If you live in Amsterdam, you are very welcome to visit our temporary shop at Kinkerstraat 227. In other areas, our service bus is available for you in the neighborhood. We will help you choose a provider that suits you best.
2. From street to facade
We bring the fiber from the street to your home. Together we discuss where the fiber cable enters. We work neatly and leave everything clean and tidy. If you already have the fiber connection point in your home, then this has already been done.
3. Fiber connection point in your home
We place the fiber connection point in the location we agree upon together. This is often in the meter cupboard. If this is not possible, we will look for another place in the house together. This way, we ensure a neat and suitable installation in your home. If you already have the fiber connection point in your home, then this has already been done.
4. Installation and activation
Your provider will make an appointment for the installation. The mechanic activates the fiber connection, places the modem and helps you with extra equipment such as Wi-Fi points or TV receivers.
