Ambition in the field of open networks and innovation
Open Dutch Fiber has joined Telecom Society as a corporate member. With this step, ODF underlines its ambition to actively contribute to knowledge sharing, innovation, and collaboration within the Dutch telecom sector.
In a short period of time, Open Dutch Fiber has built up a strong position with the rollout of a fully open FTTH network for hundreds of thousands of households in the Netherlands.
The philosophy behind ‘open’ is central to this: freedom of choice for end users and intensive collaboration with partners in the chain.
Through its membership of Telecom Society, ODF aims to further strengthen dialogue within the sector.
A strategic step towards active knowledge sharing
The Telecom Society network offers an independent platform where professionals come together to discuss developments, share experiences, and look ahead to the future of telecom in the Netherlands.
Paul Naastepad, CEO of Open Dutch Fiber: "Our young history shows what is possible with a clear vision on open networks and collaboration.
By joining Telecom Society, we want to actively contribute to the further development of the sector, with a focus on innovation, knowledge sharing, and sustainable partnerships."
With this affiliation, ODF is taking another step in strengthening its role within the telecom landscape, not only as a network builder, but also as an active knowledge partner.
