Provider Freedom for the 10th time 'Best All-in-one Provider' according to the Consumers' Association!
Freedom has been named the 'Best All-in-One Provider' in the Netherlands by the Consumers' Association for the tenth time. And not only that: they have ended up in first place for two consecutive years. A great achievement, which makes us even prouder that Freedom is active as a provider on the Open Dutch Fiber network.

Always striving for betterIn the first quarter of 2025, Freedom scored an 8.1 in the quarterly test by the Consumers' Association. This once again makes them the number 1 in the Netherlands. The second place scored a 7.7. Last quarter, Freedom scored a 7.9, so even as the best-tested provider, they are still doing their best to keep improving.
Customer Score FreedomFreedom scores an impressive 9.2 on the overall provider rating from its customers. This is not a coincidence, but the result of conscious choices:
Focus on honest and expert customer service is appreciated with an 8.1.
High-quality internet, rated 8.8 by the members.
Fixed telephony receives an unprecedented 9.3 from customers!
Television: area for improvementNot everything is perfect, and what is admirable is that Freedom is open about it. The TV service scored a 6.6 this time (7.4 last time), partly because some of their customers experienced disruptions. However, Freedom takes this very seriously and is working hard together with CANAL+ to improve this.
Congratulations Freedom, once again an achievement to be proud of!
