Summer, sun, and a great team day at Open Dutch Fiber!
Last Thursday, the entire company enjoyed a successful summer event & barbecue at a beautiful location. The weather was great and the atmosphere was fantastic! It was a pleasant afternoon and evening filled with enjoyable conversations and new acquaintances - also among colleagues who had not spoken to each other before.
An absolute highlight was the inspiring contribution of Marc Lammers, who energetically took us through his story about leadership, change, and team spirit. There was attentive listening, and afterwards, some interesting conversations with him took place.A big thank you to Akyra Dennen and Meta Slegt from our office management for the excellent organization - everything was arranged to perfection!👏

It was a fun afternoon and evening filled with great conversations and new connections – even between colleagues who had never spoken before.
A definite highlight was the inspiring session by Marc Lammers, who took us on an energetic journey through leadership, change, and team spirit. Everyone listened attentively, and some great conversations followed afterward.
