Who are we?
Open Dutch Fiber installs and manages fiber optic networks. We already do this for more than 1,100,000 households. The installation is carried out by experienced connection partners. Our network is an 'open network'. This means that all providers are free to deliver services on our network. Odido is often the first provider in many places to offer internet, television, and telephone services over the fiber optic network of Open Dutch Fiber, but also providers such as Fiber.nl, Trined, and Freedom Internet deliver their services via our network.
Job description
As an order coordinator, you are the proverbial lubricant between the providers, connection partners, (end) customers, and play an important supporting role in the connection process. With your decisiveness and process sense, together with one of the largest providers in the country, you ensure that disruptions in the process are resolved before the end customer even notices.
These are your tasks:
· Dealing with (complex) issues from the providers regarding customer connections
· You are the rock in the surf for technicians who need your help to quickly connect the end customer
· Active focus on trends and trend breaks and knows how to act on them
· Performing supportive administrative tasks for the order managers
Requirements
You are a solution-oriented person who puts the customer first.
· You have at least a vocational level 4 in terms of work and thinking.
· Curious, takes initiative, and has a healthy dose of independence.
· Has good communication and social skills, both in Dutch and English language.
· Flexible availability during office hours and evenings
· Be punctual and not shy away from a little pressure
· Knowledge of Microsoft applications (such as Excel)
