Partner manager who is communicatively skilled, can create an overview in complex environments, knows what building is, knows how to take action, and is able to make organizations move.
What are you going to do?
As a Partner Manager, you ensure that the interface between the contractor, our partners, and ODF runs smoothly, that there is a clear plan for achieving this year's goals, and that challenges are addressed in a structural manner. You manage the implementation of home connections and are responsible for the overall performance of the contractor.
Your tasks and responsibilities consist of:
You are responsible for one or more contractors;
You have an overview of what needs to be built, make schedules with the contractor and set priorities;
You check the production;
You take corrective measures if necessary;
You bring parties together and solve problems in the chain;
You ensure that the different departments within ODF communicate with each other so that problems are solved.

Function requirements
HBO/academic working and thinking level;
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Experience in the construction and/or installation industry;
Experience with Excel;
You can work well independently;
You are accurate and take initiative;
You are a go-getter with vigor.
