We are Open Dutch Fiber. We build and manage fiber optic networks throughout the Netherlands. We work together with municipalities, utility companies, housing corporations, homeowners' associations (VvE's), and contractors. Providers offer their services on our fiber optic network. This allows households and businesses to access super-fast and stable internet through our network. Within our team of 7 relationship managers, we are looking for a new colleague.

What are you going to do?

ODF has a lot of contact with housing associations, Owners' Associations (VvE), and VvE managers. In this new role, you focus on the combination of housing associations and VvEs; the speckled property (GSP). You investigate who the right contacts are and build a warm relationship with them. You are the link between the housing associations, the VvEs, our partner managers, and the MR/HR support team.

In operational meetings, you frequently encounter our contractors. Your daily tasks include establishing and maintaining contact with housing associations and homeowners' associations, informing them about the importance of fiber optics, and making work agreements. You also discuss progress, schedules, and potential challenges. You ensure that housing associations and homeowners' associations approve the technical documents sent to them in a timely manner. You report on the progress of your projects and the achieved results to the relationship management team leader.

What are you bringing?

As a relationship manager, you combine result-oriented and problem-solving skills with powerful communication. The customer is central to this. You effortlessly switch into effective collaboration with various stakeholders, you are proactive and able to inspire others.

You have experience with new business and have a commercial mindset. In addition, you have analytical qualities to understand how ownership and management are interconnected within GSP, as well as to map ownership structures, interests, and bottlenecks and translate them into solutions or collaboration agreements.

Your collaboration and negotiation skills are important. This allows you to effectively deal with various stakeholders. You rely on your communication skills. You should be able to explain complex matters to non-specialists, even in difficult cases or lengthy processes. Your problem-solving skills help you find practical solutions for stuck situations or conflicting interests. GSP often requires patience where you make progress with small steps. If you fit perfectly within this description but have no experience in the fiber optic world, don't let that hold you back!

In addition, this applies to you:

• HBO level of education and thinking;

• Good command of the Dutch language;

• Representative;

• In possession of a driver's license;

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a role involving new business
