Relationship manager

We are Open Dutch Fiber. We build and manage fiber optic networks throughout the Netherlands. We collaborate with municipalities, utilities, housing associations, owners associations (VvE's), VvE managers, and contractors. Providers offer their services on our fiber optic network. This way, we provide households and businesses access to super-fast and stable internet through  our network. We are looking for a new colleague in our team of 7 relationship managers.

What will you do?

ODF is in frequent contact with housing corporations, VvE's, and VvE managers. In this role, you focus primarily on the housing corporations in your own portfolio. You research who the right contacts are and build a warm relationship with them. You are the link between the housing corporations, the contractors, our partner managers, and the MR/HR support team.

In the operational meetings you organize, our contractors regularly participate. Together with them, you monitor the agreed working arrangements. Your daily tasks include informing housing corporations about the progress of the fiber optic installation, the schedules, and the challenges that may arise. You ensure that housing corporations timely review and sign the submitted technical documents. You report to the team leader of relationship management about the progress of your projects and the results achieved.

As a relationship manager, you combine result-oriented and problem-solving skills with strong communication. The customer is central in this. You effortlessly engage in effective collaboration with various stakeholders, you are resourceful, and capable of inspiring others.

You have a service-oriented mindset. If you have experience with new business, that will come in handy! Additionally, you possess analytical qualities to map out ownership structures, interests, and bottlenecks and translate them into solutions.

Your collaboration and negotiation skills are important. This enables you to effectively deal with different stakeholders. You rely on your communication skills for this. With your problem-solving ability, you find practical solutions for stuck situations or conflicting interests. Do you see yourself fitting in this role but have no experience in the fiber optic world? Don't be discouraged! We would gladly guide you.

Additionally, the following applies to you:

• Higher professional education work and thinking level;

• Good command of the Dutch language;

• Representative;

• In possession of a driving license;

• >5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a customer- or guest-oriented environment

At Open Dutch Fiber, you receive a market-conform salary and accompanying employment conditions. Our office is located in Bunnik. This role is hybrid; however, we expect you to be in the office often during your onboarding period. This way, you quickly get to know the organization and your new colleagues. Wednesday is our fixed office day. The whole team is present then. You will work in a close-knit team. Together we achieve successes, and we gladly associate them with work pleasure. Your work area is throughout the Netherlands. The focus is in Brabant and Limburg.
