Since our founding in 2021, we have grown strongly and work daily on our ambition to provide as many households as possible with a reliable fibre connection.In our commercial team we have an opening for a Channel Development Manager.

What do we expect from you?

As Channel Development Manager you are responsible for managing and developing external sales channels in collaboration with our operators. You play an important role in achieving commercial objectives and optimising the performance of our sales partners.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Managing the relationship with telecom operators and acting as the primary point of contact.

  • Achieving sales and growth targets within assigned operators and sales channels.

  • Managing and optimising door-to-door organisations, call centres and local activations.

  • Monitoring performance, KPIs and quality within the various sales channels.

  • Identifying commercial opportunities and translating these into concrete actions and campaigns.

  • Coordinating product introductions, promotions and local sales activities.

  • Ensuring compliance, quality and a consistent customer experience.

  • Reporting results and advising on improvements and growth opportunities.

When are you successful in this role?

As Channel Development Manager you contribute to the growth and success of our commercial channels. Your success is determined, among other things, by:

  • Achieving the agreed sales and revenue targets within your operators and sales channels.

  • The growth in the number of customers through our partners.

  • Improving and optimising the performance of door-to-door, call centre and local sales channels.

  • Strengthening the collaboration and satisfaction of our partners.

  • Safeguarding and improving quality, compliance and the customer experience within the various sales channels.

To perform the above tasks well, it would be great if you:

  • Have a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working.

  • Have experience with account management, channel management or sales within the telecom sector.

  • Are commercially and results-oriented and possess strong relationship management skills.

  • Are analytically strong and able to convert opportunities into concrete results.

  • Are entrepreneurial and can communicate excellently with various stakeholders.

  • A gross monthly salary between € 4,750 and € 6,250, depending on knowledge and experience

  • A full-time employment of 40 hours per week
