As Claim Manager, you ensure that all network related damage claims are handled quickly, accurately, and professionally.
As Claim Manager, you ensure that all network‑related damage claims are handled quickly, accurately, and professionally. You coordinate investigations, manage internal and external stakeholders, and make sure costs are recovered efficiently. Your work directly contributes to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and cost control.
What you will do
Register, classify and manage all incoming damage claims
Investigate incidents, gather evidence and determine liability
Coordinate with contractors, municipalities, residents and internal teams
Drive cost recovery and manage legal escalation where needed
Maintain documentation and deliver monthly reporting
Improve processes, templates and workflows to build a scalable claim function
Communicate clear updates to all stakeholders
What you bring
Experience in claim management, operations, telecom, construction or field services
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to coordinate multiple cases under time pressure
Knowledge of liability, recovery and insurance processes is a plus
