Contract Manager

As Contract Manager, you will take ownership of the full contract lifecycle and ensure that all agreements are delivered, monitored, and executed to the highest standard.
Open Dutch Fiber (ODF) is rapidly expanding - and we’re looking for a skilled Contract Manager to help us build and manage strong, future-proof partnerships with our construction and technology partners.
As Contract Manager, you will take ownership of the full contract lifecycle and ensure that all agreements are delivered, monitored, and executed to the highest standard.
What you’ll do
Manage and monitor contracts from creation to execution
Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, SLAs and performance targets
Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related topics across ODF
Identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities
Lead contract reviews with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Support negotiations, amendments, and commercial agreements
Maintain contract documentation and dashboards
Partner with Legal, Finance, and Operations to resolve disputes or escalations
What you bring
Experience in contract management, procurement, commercial operations, telecom, construction or field services
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyze complex contractual topics and identify risks
Highly organized, structured, and detail oriented
Experience in telecom, construction, utilities, or infrastructure is a strong plus
Fluent Dutch (required)
Strong English communication skills
