What are you going to do?
As an MR/HR support employee, you are responsible for processing installation documents in the high-rise management tool (HBM). You ensure that all data is correct, documents reach the appropriate property owners, and approvals are followed up on time.
You participate fully in daily production and are also jointly responsible for progress within your region. You work together with an experienced colleague in this. Together, you keep an overview of the project areas and ensure that production remains at a high level.
Within your project areas, you work daily with one or more temporary workers. You guide them in their tasks, give clear instructions, and ensure that they contribute effectively to the process. You are therefore active both in execution and coordination.
In addition, you have contact with internal colleagues from relationship management, the HOA team and construction, as well as with external parties such as contractors, housing cooperatives, and HOAs. You answer questions, solve (complex) issues, and contribute to a smooth connection to our fiber optic network.
In addition to these activities, you manage customer contact with the homeowners associations (VvEs) together with the entire team. You answer questions that come in via email. The goal is to successfully connect these VvEs to our fiber optic network.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with administrative processes and systems
• You work precisely, take initiative, and are results-oriented
• You enjoy working together and guiding others
