Provider

Do you have questions about providers? You can find them here.

The fiber optic network of Open Dutch Fiber is open. This means that you can receive services from various providers who use our network. Odido is often the first provider for internet, TV, and telephony via our fiber network in many places, but other providers such as Fiber.nl, TriNed, SNLR, MultiFiber, Stipte, and Freedom Internet are increasingly offering their services through our network as well. This way, we are providing more and more households with access to modern infrastructure and super-fast internet. Perform the postcode check. To see which providers are available at your address.

Once it is possible to subscribe to services such as internet, television, and telephone, you will receive a notification from the available providers.

At Open Dutch Fiber, you cannot subscribe to a plan. You do this with a provider.

Your provider will contact you to activate the services. If you have any questions about your services or the appointment to activate services via fiber optic, please contact your provider.

If you have any questions about your current indoor cabling in combination with your (future) fiber optic connection, you can ask these questions to the provider or to the installation technician (the one who installs the router). Together, they will assess whether adjustments are necessary or desirable for successful use of the fiber optic connection.

No, if you have subscribed to fiber optic services, it is not necessary to give permission. Open Dutch Fiber will then receive a signal from the provider to install a fiber optic connection point in your home. Subsequently, the technician will come by appointment to install the fiber optic connection point.
